Swedish Chocolate Cake glutenfree

This recipe is from a good friend of mine in Germany. At the time when we spend a lot of time together, she started with all these recipes without wheat flour. This one she brought to one event and we just completely inhaled it :)))
Whenever I prepare this cake my memories go back to that time. What a wonderful cake!

Ingredients:
1 cup Dark Chocolate
1 cup melted Butter
1 cup Brown (Cane) sugar
1 cup Almond flour
1 tsp aluminum free Baking powder
1 tsp of orange peels or 2 drops Orange Vitality Essential Oil
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
4 eggs

Layer:
Powder sugar to cover the cake as decoration OR
Chocolate Layer

1.) Spread out baking paper in a  form.
2.) Mix all ingredients together, the more you mix them the fluffier the cake is going to be
3.) Pour the dough into the baking form
4.) Bake for about 40min on 160C / 320F
5.) Let it cool down, sugar it with a light cover of powder sugar

Alternative:
Chocolate layer Orange or Mint
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 TBLS Honey
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
dash of salt

Blend Coconut oil, cocoa powder, honey, Vanilla Extract, Salt and 2-3 drops of Essential oils like Orange or Peppermint together.
Cover you cake with it. Store in fridge until solid 🙂
